This special green tea is a traditional Japanese favorite.

The Organic Roasted Rice Mountain Green (Genmaicha) is a blend of high-grade sencha and roasted brown rice which produces a light yellow hue with fresh vegetative character and a hint of roasted rice and a mild aftertaste.
During the roasting of the rice, it is common that the kernels popped not unlike popcorn.
This exquisite tea has a natural sweetness and a wonderful roasted rice aroma.
Genmaicha may be enjoyed hot or chilled.

This tea is hand-processed and grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. (3 oz)
