These are the second ones, not the first. The first had a finger grip on the handle as seen in earlier versions of DS9 but are hard to find: Reply by Koffeeklatsch: HIGHWAVE makes HotJos for over 2 decades. With "original" we meen - made by HIGHWAVE and not a copy by a no-name company.

This is a great mug for the car and on the desk, and it's microwavable too. Such mugs are very hard to find. Most travel mugs are metal, and they tend to topple over easily on flat surfaces; this one cannot be knocked over. It's ceramic and very nicely made with no flaws. The lid locks securely. It does not retain heat as well as an insulated mug, but it isn't advertised as such. I couldn't decide between the white and the green, so I ordered one of each, and I like them both. The order arrived rapidly, well-packed, and in perfect condition.
