The BODUM Ice Tea Jug CEYLON are great for all occasions, during hot summers as well as cold winters!
Made of see-through plastic, the jug serves both, cold beverages at the barbecue and pleasantly warm tea at the fondue event.
Being useful and decorative throughout the year, it has a capacity of 1.5l (50 oz).
The ice tea jug carries all kinds of delicious drinks like orange juice with mint leaves, sangria with lots of fruit slices or ice water with cucumber or lime slices.
Making ice tea in a natural way is easy, giving you the freedom of chosing your favorite ingredients.
Simply add your preferred tea leaves into the removable filter, pour 1-2 cups of boiling water over the leaves and add your preferred amount of sugar.
After the sugar has dissolved, fill the jug with cold water from the tap.
Close the lid, and leave the tea jug in the fridge until it reached the preferred temperature. The next morning you will have tasty ice tea.
The little strainer in the lid ensures that ice cubes, leaves and kernels stay in the jug and not in the glass.
All parts are dishwasher safe and can be put in the fridge.
Try the following recipe for refreshing infused water:
1. Place the infusing chamber into the pitcher and add a few slices of orange, lemon, lime, cucumber, or strawberries. (most citrus fruits make nice infused water but you can use your imagination)
2. Fill the pitcher with ice.
3. Fill the pitcher with cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
4. Serve.
5. You can refill the pitcher with water several times before changing the fruit.
