I've had a 3-cup Chambord Bodum French Press, and after 3 years the filter screen finally started to show signs of wear--to me that's a great product, to last so long and give such great service. Google brought me to this site, so I ordered the replacement filter at a great price. I can't comment on the quality of service, as I haven't received the product yet (just ordered it).
